Shipping & Logistics Terms
1. Shipping Arrangement
- Shipping will be arranged by us or through a third-party logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers may arrange their own pickup or logistics with prior approval.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping, handling, insurance, and any applicable duties or taxes are charged extra, unless explicitly included in the quotation or invoice.
- Any additional costs arising due to address changes, re-delivery, or special handling will be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines provided are estimated and non-binding.
- Delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control shall not be considered a breach.
4. Risk & Title Transfer
- Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse or supplier location.
- We are not liable for loss or damage occurring after dispatch, except as covered under approved RMA cases.
5. Inspection on Delivery
- Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported to the delivery agent and to us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Failure to report within this period shall be deemed as acceptance of goods.
6. Transit Damage & Shortage
- Transit damage or shortages must be supported with delivery receipt remarks, photos, and documentation.
- Claims raised without proper evidence may not be accepted.
7. Partial Shipments
- Orders may be shipped in partial deliveries based on availability.
- Partial shipments do not entitle the customer to cancel the remaining order.
8. Failed Delivery
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer, re-shipping costs will be chargeable.
- Goods may be stored at the customer’s risk and cost.
9. International Shipments (If Applicable)
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and regulatory approvals.
- Delays due to customs or regulatory authorities are outside our control.
10. Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
