It is a passive GPS splitter that sends one antenna signal to three receivers. One receiver can supply DC power to a remotely placed active GPS antenna, while the DC path remains blocked on the other ports. Every port is furnished with TNC female connectors to ensure stable and secure connections. An important feature of this unit is the inclusion of 200 ohm internal loads that create a current drain for receivers not supplying power to the active antenna.
Certain GPS receivers may detect an antenna fault when no current is drawn. To avoid this issue, the 200 ohm internal load creates a simulated antenna drain that prevents receiver faulting. The DC pass port allows a maximum current of 1000 mA with a voltage rating of 50 VDC, while the DC blocked port supports up to 15 VDC and 75 mA.
Compatible with GLONASS, Galileo, and GPS signals from L1 through L5.
Average insertion loss of only 0.2 dB
Port to port isolation averaging 30 dB, high performance
VSWR averaging 1.10 : 1, excellent stability
DC block ports allow up to 75 mA and 15 VDC maximum.
