Position:

Sales Coordinator & Sales Engineer

Location:
Delhi & Banglore

General Summary:
Primary responsibilities include the Sales, Clients Visits / Meetings, Negotiation of tender, quotation, and contract terms, develop product knowledge and build reputation in technical sales of our range of products (Synchronization Equipment, Network Emulators, Test Equipment covering technology; Ethernet / IP, Optical, GPON / XGS-PON, and Synchronization.

1. Sales Coordinator

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2–4 Years

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Coordinate with customers for inquiries, order status, and documentation
  • Handle follow-ups and dispatch coordination
  • Support sales presentations and reporting
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and internal teams
  • Manage customer communication and issue resolution

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • ERP/CRM knowledge preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory

✅ Experience in the Railway industry is preferred.

 

2. Sales Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification

Engineering graduate in Electronics / Telecom / Computer Science.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and manage customer accounts
  • Conduct client meetings and technical presentations
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Coordinate with technical teams for demos and POCs
  • Manage sales activities for Telecom & Test Equipment solutions

Preferred Experience

Experience in Telecom products and Test & Measurement equipment sales.

Technologies Covered

LTE / 4G, GPON, Ethernet, IP, Synchronization

✈️ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and sales activities is required.
