Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager/Assistant Manager

General Summary:
Primary responsibilities include the Sales, Clients Visits / Meetings, Negotiation of tender, quotation, and contract terms, develop product knowledge and build reputation in technical sales of our range of products (Synchronization Equipment, Network Emulators, Test Equipment covering technology; Ethernet / IP, Optical, GPON / XGS-PON, and Synchronization.
Essential Job Functions:
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Preparing Quotations / Tenders after due understanding of customer need / application
• Regular meetings with potential clients & persuading clients about solution offering
• Negotiating quotation and contract terms with clients and closing sales
• Taking complete responsibility / ownership of accounts / clients
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge & overview with Ethernet / IP, Optical, FTTx / GPON, 4G/5G Network
• Should have the track record of producing results – through sales and by breaking into new markets
• Should be self-motivated, an independent and knowledge of complete sales process
• Knowledge and overview with technology deployment in telecommunications networks
• Should possess good communications skill
Education and Experience:
• 2-4 Year experience performing as Sr. Sales Engineer / Sales Manager handling Corporate Accounts in Telecom, Network Equipment Manufacturers and System Integrators Preferable from Railway industry background
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Telecommunications / Computer Science from a reputed college / university is desired.
