Refund, Cancellation & RMA Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, only if the shipment has not been dispatched.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
- Bulk orders, customized items, and special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. No Return Policy
- We do not accept product returns once goods are delivered.
- Customers are advised to verify specifications and quantities before placing the order.
- Products returned without approval will not be accepted.
3. Defective Products & RMA Process
- In case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, customers must raise an RMA request within 7 days of delivery.
- RMA requests must include invoice details, serial numbers, and supporting photos/videos.
- Products approved under RMA must be returned in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
- All defective products will be repaired, replaced, or credited, as per manufacturer and company policy.
- Replacement or repair is preferred over refund.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable.
5. Warranty Claims
- Warranty support is provided strictly as per the supplier’s and / or manufacturer’s warranty terms, as applicable.
6. Final Authority
- All RMA approvals, replacements, and refund decisions are final and binding.
